1. Who we are

Lance Craswell, a trading name of RIDERSOS LTD, is the data controller for this site and store.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: name, email, and whatever you tell us about the project.
• Checkout: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email and order details from Stripe, not your card number.
• Download access: we log the Stripe Checkout Session id and a download count, to enforce the re-download limit. We don't log your IP address against a purchase beyond what Stripe or Cloudflare retain by default for security.

3. Why

To fulfil an order, respond to an enquiry, and prevent a single purchase link being shared beyond fair personal use.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and the download link). Both are contracted data processors, not owners of your data.

5. Where it's stored

Order and payment data lives in Stripe's systems. The purchasable files live in Cloudflare R2. Download-count records live in Cloudflare KV and expire automatically after 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Contact hello@lancecraswell.com.

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies at launch. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
